Summer 2017 Glossybox

It’s been over a year since I’ve last ordered a Glossybox and it feels SO good to be reunited. (I was on a major personal spending ban because we were expecting our first child.)

Glossybox have curated a special Summer box and you can get your hands on it for just £5 (excluding shipping).

What’s inside the Summer Glossybox

Spectrum Small Fan Brush (A10)

I’m sure we are all familiar with Spectrum now and their gorgeous, cruelty free ranges of madly colourful brushes. If not, check them out here. TO. DIE. FOR. And soooo Instagram worthy!
I’ve been needing a new fan brush (hello popping highlight) so I’m very pleased to have received such a pretty one.

Cutebalms Macaroon Tint Balm

How cute? We all need lipbalm like we need air so why not have one that’s in an adorable macaron shape?
I’ve been slathering this on my lips as soon as I got it. It’s hydrating, comfortable to wear and gives me a beautiful ‘just bitten’ wash of colour.

MONUspa Soothing After Sun Lotion

This is something that I never remember to buy, but when I need it, it’s always too late. For those of you who don’t know me – I am as pale as a vampire, with freckles (but surprisingly, not a redhead). Five minutes in the sun without sun protection and I transform into a lobster. I’m so relieved to have this on hand now.

Papanga Spiral Hairbands

I have a gazillion of these hair ties but as you all know, a girl can never have enough.
If you’ve never seen those types of hair ties before (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?) they are just a friendlier, less damaging version of the classic elastic hair tie, that does not cause as much breakage when you pull them out. The only downside, is that they don’t stay put if you are running or exercising. It may just be that I have stick straight, slippery hair but they always slide out when I’m too active.

Bella Pierre Banana Setting Powder

Ah! The infamous Banana Powder. The slight yellow cast of this powder is said to help reduce the appearance of redness and dark circles, so it’s supposedly great for setting under eye concealer. I have head people rave about it, and others say that it’s a bad idea because it’s such an un-natural and un-flattering colour to use on your face.

I’m glad that I can finally decide for myself because I’ve always been curios about it, but never enough to go buy it. I can’t wait to test it out.

Final thoughts

I think we’ve been given a great selection of summery products that will suit people of any age and colour and for just £5! FIVE! The Spectrum A10 brush alone costs £5 , so you’re getting a great deal because there are two other full size products in the box.

PS: You will also receive discount codes for all the products in the box, should you want to buy more of them.

Hurry! There’s only four days left to get your Summer Glossybox for £5 (That’s 50% off excl. shipping)
